1. Shipping & Delivery
We proudly offer Free Shipping across India for all retail items ordered online.
- Orders are securely packaged and dispatched from our operations base in Dahisar, Mumbai.
- We utilize leading courier services via our automation partners (Shiprocket/Shipclues) to ensure swift delivery ahead of the festive season.
2. Cancellations
Because we process and sync orders rapidly to our shipping panels for packing, orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of payment confirmation. Once an order’s shipping label is generated, it cannot be cancelled.
3. Refunds and Returns
Due to the highly seasonal and delicate nature of paper and foldable lanterns, we do not accept general returns or exchanges if a customer changes their mind after delivery.
- Damaged Items: Every kandil is carefully inspected before packing. However, if your item is damaged during courier transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at 9820795891 via phone or WhatsApp.
- Proof Required: To claim a free replacement or refund for transit damage, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the damage right out of the package.
